Financial Counselling is a government funded project to assist individuals who are dealing with a range of financial or money worries. Our team of Qualified Financial Counsellors have completed their Diploma and are members of FCAN (Financial Counsellors of NSW).

If you're feeling the strain of bills and cost of living pressures, financial counselling is available to help for First Nations Peoples. Our First Nations Financial Counsellors and Financial Capability Workers are here to assist with your debts, money concerns, and overall financial wellbeing. They are available across NSW. Our Financial counsellors advocate and support people experiencing financial difficulty. Services are inclusive, non-judgmental and responsive to your needs. Our team is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for every client, and we tailor our solutions to fit your unique situation.

We offer assistance with topics such as:

• Assess your financial situation
• Give advice about what to do if you're struggling to pay bills and fines
• Work out a manageable saving plan
• Assisting you manage your debt obligations
• Advocate on your behalf to arrange payment plans with creditors (utilities, banks etc)
• Refer you to other services, such as legal, accommodation, health and crisis services
