Training is delivered through a combination of on-the-job experience and formal study with a registered training organisation (RTO), such as TAFE or another approved provider. Depending on the qualification and employer, trainees and apprentices may attend training on a block, weekly or online basis while continuing to gain practical workplace experience. Muru Mittigar works closely with both the employer and training provider to help ensure participants are supported throughout their apprenticeship or traineeship journey.
