Our Cultural Hub in Western Sydney is an educational facility showcasing Aboriginal culture, language and history. Here we hold authentic Aboriginal cultural programs and experiences.

Cultural Awareness Training

Visitors and guests can see and experience Aboriginal culture, learn about different language groups and attend events like a bush tucker walk or a boomerang workshop.

Corporate & Workplace Programs

We run cultural awareness program for corporates and workplaces at our Western Sydney culture hub. We can tailor a program to suit workplace or corporate needs. For example we can create a program that brainstorms ideas for working successfully with Indigenous-owned and operated businesses.

School & Teacher Programs

We have a range of programs, or we can tailor a workshop or lesson for teachers and school visits. Our school programs have been designed and developed to create a unique opportunity for our local schools and their students to participate in an interactive and hands on experience with members of the local Aboriginal community. Muru Mittigar is endorsed to provide NESA Registered Professional Development programs for teachers to become accredited.

Tourist & Visitor Program

Our Aboriginal art lessons, artifacts, and cultural demonstrations are always popular with visitors and tourists. We invite you to share in and celebrate the rich history of Aboriginal Dharug culture, our land and our people.
